The Wise Granny is today’s modern Grandmother. Unlike the older ladies of yesteryear, today’s Wise Granny maintains her healthy despite her advancing age. She is hip, smart, and fit - and interested in life!

Age is Just a State of Mind: The Wise Granny is any woman who has a grandchild. She could be 45 – 80+ in age. Energetic and fit, she does not let life pass her by but rather, takes hold of it and partakes in events she enjoys.

A Healthy Role Model: The Wise Granny is a role model women can aspire to as they go through the various stages of life. She is healthy enough to keep up with her grandchildren and is a role model for people of all ages! Her physical exercise may include: walking, bicycling, hiking, reading, playing cards, socializing, listening to or playing music, cooking, solving crossword puzzles, watching and participating in her favorite TV game shows as well as any exercises that require teaching, memorization or cognitive skills.

Sharing Health Tips: The Wise Granny knows what works to keep her body and mind healthy. What she learns, she shares with others so that they, too, can also benefit from good living and good health.

Staying Mentally Active: The Wise Granny keeps her mind sharp by healthy eating, avoiding toxic foods and other substances whenever possible, and by taking supplements to increase her mental capacities and improve memory. She eats foods that are rich in antioxidants and this helps her feel great!
