Can I return products?

We provide you with a 30-day return policy. You can return any item in its original packaging (unopened products) within 30 days for a refund, less shipping and handling charges.

To request a return please contact us at 1-714-253-3112, or send an email to sales@thewisegranny.com. When you contact us, please be sure to include your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for the return. You will be given a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number from The Wise Granny. Packages returned to without an RMA number or to the wrong address cannot be credited and will be shipped back to you at your expense. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

How long does it take to receive an order?

The standard delivery time for orders is 3-5 days

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges vary according to weight and destination.
